WORK
EXPERIENCE:

After
graduation from Loyola University School of Law, I then
served our
country for the next 3 ˝ years
in the United States Navy as an officer in the Jag Corps receiving
an Honorable Discharge at the rank of Lt. Commander

Began
practice of law in Thibodaux in 1977
-
Served
2 ˝ years as the City Prosecutor for the Thibodaux City Court
-
Mayor of
the City of Thibodaux since December 1998, during which time I have
honored my commitment to the citizens of Thibodaux by maintaining
and improving the utility systems of the city, working to improve
traffic congestion, providing a safe community in which to live,
work and raise a family, and creating the proper environment for
present and future economic development while providing steady
positive, professional and businesslike leadership.
