· Construction of 3-lane Tiger Drive Bridge
· Pedestrian walkway on Canal St. Bridge
· Widening of North Canal Boulevard
· West Corridor from Canal Blvd to LA 3185
· Multi-Sport Recreational Complex
· Northeast Connector Road
· Average monthly billing for utility customers
· Airport Feasibility Study
· Expand parking lot and beautification at Harang Auditorium
· Automated meter reading system
· Upgrade sewer line system and lift stations
· Reserve Officer Program in Police Department
· On-line payments for all services
· Complete Acadia Road Pedestrian Walkway project
· Work with DOTD and state delegation for traffic signal at Percy Brown and S. Acadia Road
· Work with Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council to improve zoning ordinances
· Work with local, state and federal agencies to secure millions of dollars in grant funding for projects and programs
· Expand recreation programs for all ages and abilities
· Annual citywide street improvement program, citywide drainage improvements, and upgrades and expansion of infrastructure and utilities
· Partner with state and regional economic development and planning agencies
· Conduct Town Hall meetings to receive public input
· Beautification projects throughout city
· Work with Lafourche and Terrebonne Parishes on dredging and cleaning of all major drainage canals outside the city limits
· Enhance technology for all departments
· Public Transit Bus System citywide expansion by December 2010
· Continue to implement and improve the interoperability system
